Carmen founded MediaLex after a career in Croatian diplomacy on consular affairs — she saw too many people struggling with procedures she knew inside out. Her experience is institutional: she knows the entire process in detail, from how applications are received and processed to how decisions are made.
Whether you are applying for a residence permit, exploring citizenship by descent, or dealing with any other immigration matter — you do not have to figure it out alone. We help you understand the requirements, prepare the right documents, and move through the process as efficiently as possible. Counselling is available in English, Croatian, and Russian.
